I had the chance to see the show whilst I was on personal leave in London, and it was such a brilliant experience. The venue itself was fantastic, and the performances were excellent across the board, with the live musicians adding so much to the atmosphere. Seeing the giant mechanical Totoro in person was a real highlight; completely immersive and genuinely unforgettable. A special memory from my time in London.

A wonderful performance full of magic, humor, and heart. The actors brought their roles to life with such passion. The set design was surprising in parts—especially since the orchestra was integrated into it—and overall very impressive. There were simply so many lovely moments, both big and small. Highly recommended for children and adults alike.

It was genuinely one of the best plays i have ever seen. The stage was absolutely beautiful and the play was beautifully executed. The main actors made it an unforgettable performance, but the side character actors really rounded everything off and made it truly magical.

The special effects in the set design left a lasting impression. The actors don't sing themselves; instead, a singer performs during the live music.

The "puppetry" of all the forest sprites and spirits was really amazing. And the set which had the orchestra more or less inba tree house was really beautiful. I wasn't expecting the woman who sang the soundtrack songs - that was a nice touch! Generally a show full of whimsy and magical moments. I do find adult actors acting as a four year old a bit jarring/weird but I understand why that must be done. And I've always felt Totoro was light on plot - but thats more an issue with the source material than this play which was done exceptionally faithfully to the film. Lots to enjoy and definitely a good evening out.
