I arrived at Tullamarine airport around 6am after a midnight flight from Perth & had quite a lit of large heavy luggage with me. I booked by ticket on the airport / Melbourne shuttle which was. As very easy process. I waited a while having a coffee & relax with the suitcases, ensuring that I'd be able to manuevre them easily onto the bus before heafing towards the shuttle. When I arrived at the shuttle, the lively helpful lady helped me with one, while I managed the other. She also helped load them into the storage area. She then even returned the trolley for me. The very best experience! Thank you 😊

My wife and I were dropped off at Southern Cross station by her sister. My wife attempted to get her phone out to have our toclets scanned and found she'd lost it. The Skybus staffers told us not to worry we could get on the bus. We were on our way to the airport when my wife re ever a call from the staffer to tell me to speak to my sister_law who told me the kind staffers was going to g I ve my phone which she had found I her car to the next bus driver going to the airport and he would hand it to me at Terminal 4. Never in my life have I had such kindness and understanding . Congratulations SKY US

The Skybys ride went smoothly. It lasted about 25 minutes. The time passed very quickly. In a comfortable environment, one could enjoy the views from the upper wrap of the bus. A few minutes before the final station you could enjoy a beautiful view of downtown Melbourne. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for transportation from the airport to downtown Melbourne.

Totally smooth process. I purchased my ticket at 4 minutes to midnight ( family emergency). The ticket arrived pronto via text and when I arrived at Tullamarine at 09:30, it was a hop, skip and jump from baggage collection carousel in terminal 4 to Skybus outside the door. The trip to Southern Cross station was stress free and quick. The instructions on the tannoy about how to access trams, the street outside and the Melbourne metro system, explicit and brilliantly clear. And given that the day I travelled was like the devil's dream in Latin ( winds so strong that the flight over, the cabin crew were confined to their seats - hence no cabin service - and rain so strong it would have washed the paint off a white plate), I really wanted clear instructions and directions. Well done Skybus team.

Booking the Skybus was simple. The fare was reasonable and the bus employees helped me with get my case both on and off the bus. I am 75 years old and not as spry as I used to be, and I really appreciated their friendliness and help. I enjoyed the quick trip with the view from upstairs. The lovely lady checking our tickets was patient as I scrolled through my emails to find the QR code. Our driver was so kind and explained to me that, since covid the shuttle service to hotels has been discontinued. He then told me of my options and gave me directions to the closest cab rank.
