I've been wanting to see Michaelangelo's David for a very long time. I was in awe to be able to see it in person. I loved it!

Making a reservation is very helpful because it allows you to plan your day more efficiently without long waits that force you to linger outside and miss out on other opportunities—of which there are plenty in Florence.

The staff at the entrance were very courteous and friendly. The tour was beautiful, and the botanical garden offered a sense of calm and openness, featuring many beautiful and unique plants. The only downside was that we weren’t able to visit the ceramics museum. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience.

We wanted to start our traveling journey and chose Pisa because it is a comfortable little city and has a lot of great sightseeing places. The food was delicious expecially gelato near The Leaning tower. The historical museums were interesting and educational, beautiful sculptures. Our favourite was the tower, but not just taking photos Like you Are holding it, climbing was better. As the tower is leaning you lean as you climb. So, If you Are Starters at discovering Italy, Like us this is a place for you.

A wonderful experience... from the convenience of using digital tickets to the audio guide right on your phone... The Leaning Tower of Pisa, with its breathtaking view from the top and its steps sloping at a 4-degree angle... it’s definitely worth the climb! The Camposanto and the Baptistery are truly impressive, steeped in history.

This time (since we’d used Headout for other tours that were a disaster) everything went smoothly!! The guide, Anastasia, spoke the language very well; her explanations were clear and precise, all delivered with a touch of humor. The tour was truly incredible, both in content and presentation. The buildings were magnificent to see, and the guide did a great job. We had headphones available to hear her clearly, and we could tell she was a true professional. I highly recommend this tour: the Duomo, the Duomo dome, the museum, the bell tower, the baptistery, and the crypt.

Quick entry without waiting in line. Separate rooms to prevent overcrowding. Sculptures on one side and paintings on the other. Views of the city through the windows, as well as of the river, with a spectacular view of the Ponte Vecchio.
