Although I had only booked from 15:30, we were allowed in at 15:00. The staff was very friendly and helpful ☺️

We were very impressed with all of the exhibits including the ice cave and the Northern Lights show. The staff were lovely and welcoming and flexible too. We were late due to leaving a bag on a bus. But after a stressful morning, we were accommodated an hour later than planned. The building itself is fabulous and the outdoor deck and viewing area are well worth seeing.
