The visit was really worthwhile. Everyone was thrilled! The shows are really great. Iceland and its history are well presented. The view from the platform is simply breathtaking.

A spectacular museum from the first room to the last, with a 360-degree cinema to watch the truly beautiful aurora, a spectacular volcano room that feels like being on a roller coaster, and a truly exciting ice cave. The museum does a great job of explaining the birth of Iceland from a geological and naturalistic point of view and its evolution. The view from the top floor is truly impressive, offering a breathtaking view of Reykjavík. Inside the building, there is also an artificial geyser that sprays from the first to the top floor every 15 minutes, which is really nice. A very positive experience with only two flaws: the coat lockers are on the fourth floor, but fortunately there are elevators, and there are no signs, so unless you ask someone, you won't know where they are. Another small flaw is that if you are not aware of the temperature in the ice cave (-10 degrees Celsius) and you have already left your coat, you have no way of getting it back. So, even though it's not very long, you'll feel cold for those 5 minutes you're in there (unfortunately, that's what happened to me). Otherwise, I highly recommend the experience, and with the discount code offered by Headout, we paid €40 instead of €47.

Very well-kept museum and really friendly staff. There were not so many people, so we visited it without a crush. Better experience at the Volcano.

The museum was beautiful and a fun experience. My entire family enjoyed it and learned something new about incredible Iceland. The customer service overall was great. The front desk reception welcomed us in kindly and our guide was great. I would like to staff to be more vigilant to prevent any distractions during the shows. Even thought it was said other guests did not folowed the rules. I would also keep in mind the price of the roof-top revolving restaurant. The view was nice and the view was decent but not worth it in my opinion.
