The staff were great and very welcoming The commentator also did well in pointing out various site to us with interesting explanation. An incredible experience from start to finish! Getting the tickets on Headout was super easy. Stranger Things: The First Shadow is an absolute masterpiece. We were completely fascinated by the stunning special effects and the gripping storyline. It truly captured the essence of the show and made us relive all those amazing sci-fi vibes. Totally recommended, a must-see!

A fully active experience that we enjoyed for much longer than we expected. There were landmark views, explanations and hand-on activities.

We went on the morning of August 7. The office where we picked up our tickets and waited for transportation is very accessible by both subway and bus; in our case, it was a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and the staff were very kind in guiding us through the process and showing us where we could wait along with the other visitors. The trip was very pleasant; the driver and the tour guide were very friendly and helpful. The 4-hour time frame was more than enough to visit all areas of the studio at a leisurely pace and even stop to rest and grab a bite to eat without having to constantly check the clock for fear of missing the return shuttle. The return service is quite straightforward: you go back to the same spot where the driver dropped you off earlier and take the same bus back to the office. I highly recommend it, especially the first morning tour—it’s well worth the effort of getting up a little earlier. The service was very comfortable, and the studio tour itself was a dream come true.
