The ease of all mostly. I had no trouble buying tickets, nor did I had getting to the London Eye on time, to wait in line probably 10 minutes or so.

Great views and air conditioning was a major bonus on the hot day we visited. Loved the 360 viewing, room to move comfortably around the pod, and plenty of seating space as well.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Air conditioned. Super surprised when we were seated at the front.
No tea or coffee was offered but food was lovely. Really a wonderful way of seeing London from the river.
