The entry is timed and well-organized, but lines can form outside for security, so dress for the weather. Skip paying extra for a guided audio tour add-on if it's offered on third-party sites. the bridge provides informative displays and digital options!

The reservation went off without a hitch. We hardly had to wait to get into either place. Everything was absolutely flawless. The time difference between the two sites meant we could walk from Westminster to the Tower of London.

It was such a smooth process. The only issue was they put the meeting spot at the back of Westminster. So we went out of our way to get to a place we didn't need to go.

Yes enjoyed & yes manage to walk over the glass bridge. It was a shame that you couldn't do the engine room first or be given the option. You walk to middle of bridge for entrance to Tower bridge then when that's finished you have to walk all the way back & down steps yet again to then go to engine room. The lifts weren't working I thought it could be great to be given a choose which way you choose to do it as we were also doing Tower of London & then we had to then walk across again so for me it would of been better doing Engine room first

We really enjoyed our visit to the Tower of London. This historic site is very impressive, especially the Crown Jewels and the collection of armor. Unfortunately, the audio guide via the DEX app is not available in French.

Loved the Churchill War Rooms. So interesting. For Westminster we were put in a long line because our tickets were purchased through a third party. We waited over 45 minutes in line while others were allowed to just enter with no waiting.
