Overall, everything was very well organized, and the staff was friendly. The only thing for me was that I wish I knew a little Spanish, since I had to speak entirely in English when communicating; other than that, it was truly wonderful.

Therme experience was brilliant, would be 5 stars but our driver didnt come to pick up us afterwards so had to get the public bus home which was disappointing considering we paid for a two-way transfer.

I didn't think it was a water park for kids. I missed having more Therma pools. There were kids everywhere. It was hard to find a lounge chair.

Meet your driver at your chosen pick-up point in downtown Bucharest. Upon boarding, you’ll receive your Therme entry ticket and a quick briefing. On reaching Therme București, skip the main queue and head straight inside.

Therme București

Located just outside Bucharest, Therme București is Europe’s largest wellness spa, spanning over 30,000 square meters. This modern complex is renowned for its thermal pools, botanical gardens, and family-friendly attractions.

The Galaxy zone: Enjoy 16 water slides, an indoor wave pool, and a sandy beach with palm trees, perfect for visitors of all ages.

The Palm zone: Unwind in three mineral pools, an outdoor jacuzzi, and a lush botanical garden reserved for guests aged 14 and above.

Saunas and relaxation: Access a variety of saunas, hydromassage beds, and infrared armchairs designed for deep relaxation.

Transfers: Benefit from round-trip transportation from specific locations in Bucharest for a comfortable experience.

What to bring

Bring a towel and a pair of flip-flops as the onsite rentals are not included in your ticket.

Be sure to carry a passport or ID card for your children.

What’s not allowed

Food and drinks from outside are not permitted.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

Additional information

Access to the spa requires a separate ticket, which will be provided when boarding the bus from your pick-up location.

The experience includes 4.5 hours of access to The Galaxy and The Palm zones only.

Children under 14 are not allowed in the Palm and Elysium zones and may only access the Galaxy Zone.

The transfer service operates as an express shuttle, with pickups from fixed points only.

At the end of your visit, the driver will wait in the parking lot to return you to your original pick-up point.

You may request stops at Otopeni Airport, Baneasa Feeria Mall, or along the route without deviating.

If you only need tickets and not the transfer service, inform in advance to ensure the correct tickets are issued.

Access to the Elysium zone requires an additional fee (approx. €7 per person for 4.5 hours, payable on site).

Exceeding the allotted time inside Therme București may incur additional charges (approx. €2 per hour, payable at exit).

Massage and facial therapies, towels, slippers, and food and drinks are not included but can be purchased or rented on site.
