A rejuvenating stay in a majestic setting I had a wonderful stay at this property, which boasts a majestic and impeccable atmosphere. Despite the high number of guests, the organization was excellent: the place is constantly clean, and there’s a complete sense of security. I really appreciated the variety of saunas, each with its own unique and enveloping scents. A real gem? The poolside bar service, perfect for an extra moment of relaxation. The only downside was the rudeness of some guests who reserved sunbeds and lounge chairs with their towels for hours without using them, making it difficult to find a spot. A real shame, but the quality of the facility remains unquestionable. Highly recommended

My friends and I visited the thermal baths on Monday, and I must say that it wasn't overly crowded. The facility is truly beautiful and well maintained. Everyone has their own locker, and you can access the various areas, make payments, and unlock your locker all with a handy wristband. I recommend purchasing a ticket that grants access to all areas for the entire day because it's really worth it. I recommend booking online through Headout so you don't have to queue at the entrance, and the price is definitely more advantageous. I don't think there's anything else to add, I really recommend it, and as an Italian, I think I'll definitely be going back.

I recommend the app. I bought the whole spa package to enjoy a full day. After all, if you don't like saunas, I don't recommend the Elysium package; just get Las Palmas. Massages are not included but are available separately and are often fully booked. I recommend checking the program so you can stay up to date on activities. You can reserve a bathrobe and shoes there, and the food isn't too expensive, so if you're traveling with hand luggage, don't worry. Finally, go at 10:00 a.m. before it opens so you can enjoy the whole day until evening, avoid long lines, and find a sunbed.

Smooth entry, great system with fobs fo payment. So many different things to do, we had a GREAT time and will definitely be back! The only downside I would say is they need a room that drys your dressing gown when wet as walking around with wet dressing Gown wasn't the greatest! They also need a photographer to capture the pool moments and sell to customers seen as you cannot bring phone into water. Apart from that everything was amazing however the security guards at the end of the day were extremely discriminative towards me and friends. Told me to GET OUT when I was waiting the staff member to come back and refund me!

Fantastic experience at the Bucharest Thermal Baths! A huge, modern, and well-maintained place, perfect for complete relaxation. The thermal pools are spectacular, both indoor and outdoor, with warm water even in winter. The themed saunas are varied and well organized, with truly engaging rituals. The environment is spotless, the staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The bars and restaurants inside are also excellent. Ideal for both a day of relaxation and a different kind of experience. Highly recommended, I would go back without hesitation!

Unfortunately, the visit did not go well! The website did not mention that the facility is not wheelchair accessible! There are no special showers, and you cannot access the upper floor, even though I had paid for the package that included that part. If I had bought the tickets at the facility, I would have received a 40% discount, which I did not get by booking online. The entrance to the pools was not accessible for disabled people. So, as an agency, you made a bad impression... If possible, I would like to be reimbursed for at least one ticket! Thank you.

What a fantastic day. I got there late, according to people in the queue, at around 10.30am. It was a Saturday so lots of people around but that did not hamper my enjoyment of the day, or access to any of the facilities. I had a one day ticket to Elysium, which also gives you access to the Palm and Galaxy. Excellent steam facilities in the Palm and Galaxy, the hydrobed massagers are also a good bet if you didn't manage to book a massage (you need to get there for 9am to snaffle one of those) and very cheap, around £2 for 10 mins. Avoid Galaxy if you want an adult only day out, as this is the area with the big water slides etc. Elysium was amazing! Lots of different types of sauna. On the hour there are themed sessions in various saunas. I had one with an almond body lotion, and another with citrus aromas. In these sessions there is a Therme worker doing what I can only describe as a towel dance, what they can do with a towel is amazing, to heat the atmosphere. Sooooo, very relaxing! I managed to re-energise with a smoothie, from a machine, and refill my water bottle at the restaurant. There are always queues for the restaurants, but if you have good company around you this is not an issue. I plan to return, frequently, and try to snag one of those elusive massage sessions! Don't believe the hype, there are a lot of people there but it is well managed (through locker allocation) and not at all chaotic.

We had an exceptional experience at this spa in Bucharest. The entire place is spotless, the cleanliness truly stands out from the moment you walk in.
