I have been to the Bucharest Spa and it was a very memorable experience. As soon as I arrived I noticed that there were a lot of people, a sign of the great popularity of this place. Despite the crowds, the spaces are very large and well organized, so it was still nice to relax. What I saw impressed me a lot: thermal pools, palm trees, atmospheric lighting, and an atmosphere that made you forget you were in the city. Everything was clean and detailed, creating a cozy and relaxing environment. What made this experience special was the ability to completely relax, between hot water, music and quiet moments. It is a unique place that I recommend to anyone who wants to disconnect from the routine and experience a moment of true well-being.

Lovely place, had a great time. Although I have some recommendations to improve even more: Add swimwear and towel dryers as you can't go get a new towel. Guests who are paying for the whole day should be able to exchange wet towels for a new one. Security is a little weird with not allowing you outside with your own clothes, or in any of the areas. for example to use the red light bed you can't go into Elysium with your own clothes. Cannot eat outside the restaurant which is understandable. Slippers are uncomfortable. Check in was quick despite the long queue.

Wonderful experience, clean and well organized spa. I had booked tickets for the whole day, so being Saturday at 8:15 we were already there (luckily because at 3 pm there was a frenzy with queues of even an hour to get in). Ideal temperature inside, pool also outside which we enjoyed even in the rain. Galaxy water park suitable for children, the Palm relaxing (with water aerobics class/breathing exercises) and pool bar with very good cocktails. Elysium suitable for those who like saunas. Super recommended activity for those going to Bucharest!

We went to the thermal baths in Bucharest. They were truly wonderful and excellent value for money. Spending a whole day there is relaxing and certainly tiring, but it's definitely worth doing. The pools are excellent, and if you avoid the busiest times, it's nice to do the whole circuit. The fact that you pay after you leave is great, so you don't have to carry cash and credit cards around with you to the spa, with the risk of losing them. I highly recommend it, a great experience.

Very beautiful location... I would love to return. Despite the crowds, because it was Saturday, the place was very well maintained and clean. A large swimming pool surrounded by tropical plants. The evenings are very beautiful, full of colorful lights. We only had trouble finding two empty sunbeds. They were all occupied by towels, but left unattended the whole time. Sunbeds should only be occupied if there is someone on them.

It was very impressive to swim outdoors at -3°C. It was quite fun to have a drink right in the pool and watch the children playing on the slides with their parents. A day of relaxation and more.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID or birth certificate for age verification for children.

Swimsuit, towels, and clean flip-flops are required to access the spa facilities. These items can also be rented on site.

What’s not allowed

Pets are not allowed inside the venue.

Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited.

Guests with open wounds, rashes, infectious diseases, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not permitted.

Weapons, sharp objects, flammable substances, and animals are not allowed.
