We spent an amazing day, like a mixture of beach fun and wellness retreat. It is unique in Europe, and it is the most organized thermal complex we have ever been to. The staff will make everything easy for you even though the place is huge and there is more to do than you can in one day. I am sorry we could not stay for a couple of days and make sure we recharge our minds and bodies, but I recommend it for anyone who can do it.

It was a beautiful day at the therme. I got the Palm experience and had access to the main pool, waterslides and other pools. we got a braclet which made it easy for us to pay for food and drinks. Food and drinks were amazing. I recommend it if you are looking for a fun and relaxing day with your friends family or partner

The Bucharest Spa is a true oasis of relaxation, perfect for unplugging and enjoying a moment of well-being. The Palm area is undoubtedly the most spectacular: the indoor pool is beautiful, especially in the evening when it is illuminated with plays of light that create a magical and relaxing atmosphere. The outdoor pools are also a highlight: whirlpools, warm water, and a pool bar where you can sip cocktails while admiring the sunset...truly an experience to remember! The mineral pools complete the spa experience by offering additional benefits for body and mind. The Galaxy area is also very interesting, with a variety of well-maintained and relaxing themed saunas. I highly recommend booking tickets online and choosing the option with access to The Palm, to get the most out of the experience. An absolutely recommended stop if you are in Bucharest: it is the perfect place to relax, both in summer and winter.

It was a cool experience, I really enjoyed the thermae. It was clean, beautiful, nice. There were surprisingly many live plants around. Many different pools, saunas, jacuzzis. I liked the fact that the jacuzzi in the common pool is separated by zones and there are underwater beds. And also liked the temperature of the water, it is comfortable, it is nice to go in. Also cool outdoor area outside with a bar in the pool and DJ. And a separate love is the slides. I rode all of them and was thrilled. There are so many of them and they are cool to me. Also tried the water beds with massagers. Good price and the massages are awesome. Very convenient to pay with a wristband and not have to carry your phone anywhere. The food is delicious, great selection, lots of areas where you can order it. Will definitely come again and even thinking of celebrating a birthday there. Awesome place, great service, clean and beautiful. 10/10

One of the most amazing places I've been in my Life. Relaxing atmosphere on the inside of the Elysium spa whilst the outside pool areas provide you with that party vibe. A perfect blend. We spent 11 hours there and could have easily stayed longer. So much to do and see with cheap and cheerful food and drinks.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID or birth certificate for age verification for children.

Swimsuit, towels, and clean flip-flops are required to access the spa facilities. These items can also be rented on site.

What’s not allowed

Pets are not allowed inside the venue.

Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited.

Guests with open wounds, rashes, infectious diseases, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not permitted.

Weapons, sharp objects, flammable substances, and animals are not allowed.

Children under 14 years may only access the Galaxy area and must be accompanied by an adult.
