I have been to the Bucharest Spa and it was a very memorable experience. As soon as I arrived I noticed that there were a lot of people, a sign of the great popularity of this place. Despite the crowds, the spaces are very large and well organized, so it was still nice to relax. What I saw impressed me a lot: thermal pools, palm trees, atmospheric lighting, and an atmosphere that made you forget you were in the city. Everything was clean and detailed, creating a cozy and relaxing environment. What made this experience special was the ability to completely relax, between hot water, music and quiet moments. It is a unique place that I recommend to anyone who wants to disconnect from the routine and experience a moment of true well-being.

This is the third time I have been to this spa and I must say I always enjoy it. Plus this year I found three new saunas outside that weren't there two years ago. The spa is clean and well equipped with everything. I had forgotten my bathing suit and was able to purchase it there. The nice thing is that you can pay for a full-day ticket and you can have lots of experiences inside the saunas and steam room such as scrub treatments, mud baths, and creams that the staff provides at the scheduled times in the daily program. A really nice place if you want to break away from the routine and indulge in some pampering to relieve stress!

Lovely place, had a great time. Although I have some recommendations to improve even more: Add swimwear and towel dryers as you can't go get a new towel. Guests who are paying for the whole day should be able to exchange wet towels for a new one. Security is a little weird with not allowing you outside with your own clothes, or in any of the areas. for example to use the red light bed you can't go into Elysium with your own clothes. Cannot eat outside the restaurant which is understandable. Slippers are uncomfortable. Check in was quick despite the long queue.

Wonderful experience, clean and well organized spa. I had booked tickets for the whole day, so being Saturday at 8:15 we were already there (luckily because at 3 pm there was a frenzy with queues of even an hour to get in). Ideal temperature inside, pool also outside which we enjoyed even in the rain. Galaxy water park suitable for children, the Palm relaxing (with water aerobics class/breathing exercises) and pool bar with very good cocktails. Elysium suitable for those who like saunas. Super recommended activity for those going to Bucharest!

Fantastic day out! We arrived around 11, unfortunately there were no beds available. But the pools were amazing, with a veriety of different areas to go to. Food was lovely, and reasonably priced too. A must see location!

The place was very crowded but really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. Even with the amount of people, we managed to get a locker.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID or birth certificate for age verification for children.

Swimsuit, towels, and clean flip-flops are required to access the spa facilities. These items can also be rented on site.

What’s not allowed

Pets are not allowed inside the venue.

Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited.

Guests with open wounds, rashes, infectious diseases, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not permitted.

Weapons, sharp objects, flammable substances, and animals are not allowed.
