We are from South Africa, over 50 and first-time travellers, and honestly felt a bit overwhelmed and unsure how everything works in Dubai. While standing in the long line to buy tickets at Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark, I suggested to my husband that we skip the queue and try booking online. Being born BC (before computers), technology doesn’t come easily to us, but we took a leap of faith, downloaded the Headout app, booked our tickets, skipped the queue, and saved a whopping 100 dirhams! We had an amazing time exploring Global Village Dubai and Dubai Frame. Me and my daughter honestly enjoyed everything to the max. Global Village was full of life, colors, music, and incredible vibes. We walked around a lot, explored different cultures, and ate a lot of food from street snacks to desserts, everything was tempting and delicious. The atmosphere there was fun, lively, and unforgettable. Dubai Frame was just as special in a completely different way. The views from the top were stunning, showing both old and new Dubai in one place. It felt inspiring and exciting, especially walking on the glass floor. Everything was well organized and smooth. Overall, it was a perfect experience, great vibes, great food, and amazing memories. Highly recommended!

At the Frame Museum, you can quickly ascend and descend within 30 minutes, but you are guaranteed thrills when walking across the glass at a height of 150 meters and emerging from a golden masterpiece. Affordable parking is available. At the Dubai Museum, on the other hand, it takes a while to get in. With seven floors of very elaborate, futuristic themes about space travel, life on Earth, and everyday life, etc., you can just about make it in two hours at a normal pace. But it's made very interesting, from walking robot dogs through the crowd to the rocket elevator to the seventh floor... Great!

Fantastic visit to the Atlantis Aquarium! Had a great time at the Atlantis Hotel's aquarium. Everything was smooth: easy online booking, convenient valet parking (they took and brought back the car), and super helpful staff everywhere. The aquarium is truly beautiful. It's not too big, so you can enjoy everything without getting tired. The exhibits are stunning. I was amazed to see you can even scuba dive in the big tank – I'm 100% doing that next time I visit! A wonderful, stress-free experience!

It was a beautiful, mystical experience, and time passed very quickly. We relaxed while watching different species of fish, and we even had the chance to touch a starfish and baby sharks. We also caught a mermaid show, which was fascinating. It’s definitely worth visiting, especially for children!

Safety is a priority so waterpark rides are restricted for people under the weight of 50 kg and over 135 kg. This does not apply to the children's park.

Aquaventure Waterpark attractions are not suitable for expecting mothers, people with reduced mobility, or a history of neck, back, joint, or heart problems.

Your safety comes first so visitors with injuries (casts, bandages, etc), contagious diseases, back issues, cardiac issues, and pregnant people are restricted from participating in this experience.

Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction. Swim nappies/diapers are available in all gift shops.

You cannot bring food, beverages, glassware, or alcohol into Aquaventure Waterpark.

Abayas, sarees, long shirts or pants, undergarments, street clothes, cotton clothes, and see-through items cannot be worn in the water or on the rides.

Guests with disabilities need to show a Person of Disability ID card at the Guest Relations counter to receive a POD wristband (a blue bracelet that grants VIP fast-track access to all rides and attractions). In cases of visible disability and no POD ID card, guests can show a normal ID requesting a POD bracelet.

Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis upon showing a valid ID and a deposit of 100 AED.

Strollers are available to rent in two sizes. Single: AED 40 | Double: AED 60.

The average time spent at the Aquarium tunnel (Level 0) is 15 - 30 min. The Underwater Zoo (Level 2) takes about 45 min - 1.5 hrs. The Glass Bottom Boat ride lasts approximately 15 to 20 min.

Penguin Cove only allows viewing of Penguins. If you wish to interact with them, you can opt for a Penguin Encounter tour instead.
