7/6/26 We arrived early to check out waiting times and luggage storage as we were told you couldn't take bags. This is not the case, a very welcoming gentleman explained this to us and and after a brief conversation we were upgraded to almost immediate entry and for just £10 tickets for Sea Life, which we had 90 days to use. His customer service was first class. I recommend going early, we were there just before 11am and with the earlier entry we were ahead on our day by a full half hour. It's definitely one of thee to do things on your trip to London. Fantastic views of almost every landmark. Would recommend this to anyone.

Took my cousins from the USA, who were at the end of their European tour to experience London through the ride on The London eye. Although they have been travelling all over Europe and parts of England, they said that the ride topped it all. The views from the top they said, were amazing, spectacular and unforgettable. I agree as I have been on the ride 3x . And I intend to go again one day .

We loved having the fast track tickets. Even though there was a queue it was significantly shorter than the other queue and they let us on 20 minutes early! This was helpful with an older lady in our party who didn't want to stand for that length of time. Defintely recommend the fast track tickets. The London Eye was good too, we saw the trooping of the colour from the top.

Brilliant Service and staff were excellent - Took my Auntie to the London Eye for her 80th birthday... and I forgot to download tickets! This was sorted out very quickly, professionally and the team were so pleasant it made out day.. the London Eye experience was excellent. There was a really long line outside beforehand, but we still got in quickly and smoothly. Once inside, everyone was very helpful. The musical itself was definitely worth it. Great actors and excellent music and singing. However, because some scenes took place a bit higher up, we couldn’t see everything clearly from our seats toward the back of the auditorium. We were looking up at the ceiling of the “balcony” above us. Still, we had a fantastic evening.

The London Eye itself is a terrific experience. From high above, the views of the Thames, the Houses of Parliament, the Big Ben and various govt buildings as well as several bridges are absolutely brilliant! The only reaon I gave a 4 rating and not 5 is that the entry process takes too long. I had to wait at least 45 minutes before my turn came. If you have a capacity constraint, then restrict the number of tickets you issue in each time slot

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted inside the attraction for security reasons.

Pets are not allowed on this experience.

Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted inside the capsules or on the boarding platform.

Accessibility

The London Eye is wheelchair accessible. Please note that only two wheelchairs are allowed per capsule and a maximum of eight wheelchairs in total are allowed on the London Eye at any one time.

Additional information

Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult over 18 at all times.

Infants aged 2 years and under ride free but must still reserve a ticket.

Extended opening hours until 8:30pm are available on select December dates during the Christmas season.

Carry a printout of your voucher and hop on to the bus from any stop on the route. The driver will exchange it for the bus ticket.

Validity

Valid for 1 day from first use. The ticket expires 12 months from the date of purchase.
