’m afraid of heights and was really nervous about getting on the London Eye, but to my surprise, it was very steady. And the speed was just right for taking in the views and snapping plenty of photos. So I was able to take in the whole of London. The weather was lovely that day – the sky was blue – so it was a wonderful experience. I was with a friend whom I was meeting again after more than 30 years apart, but I’ll be back at the London Eye with my husband and my two children;

Everything went perfectly! Even without priority tickets, we only had to wait a short time before it started! We were lucky to have brilliant sunshine, which allowed us to take in the vast expanse of London... One rotation is completely enough to admire all the landmarks...🌼, I can recommend booking these tickets without reservation.

Our visit was a smooth and easy process. First, just going on the Headout app and finding excursions to do on our trip to England and picking whatever interested us. It is well worth it you get an incredible view of the whole of London and fabulous pictures for example Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and the amazing parks will definitely be doing again when i decide to visit it again. My camera roll now has lots of photos from the London eye so be warned you camera will fill up pretty fast as there is much to take pictures of

It was with my favourite person and duch a classic thing to do while in London. The view was reaching the horizon and almost all of London could be seen. We surprisingly met people from our own country and took each others photos, all while enjoying the nice and comfortable ambient the light music was ensuring. My friend Paul, who has Acrophobia, always wanted to go on the London Eye. He did VERY well because he felt very safe! It was so roomy and he could walk around the whole pod. It was a lot of fun and really loved the views. Maybe Paul is over his acrophobia???

Christmas lights: Make the most of extended hours until 8:30pm available on select December evenings. Gaze down upon the city’s twinkling streets, festive markets, and lit-up tree displays, creating a scene straight from a Christmas card.

Festive atmosphere: The surrounding Southbank transforms into a holiday haven lined with charming Christmas stalls, warm seasonal food, and joyful carols. The Eye itself glows with special holiday-themed lights, adding to the magic of your ride.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted inside the attraction for security reasons.

Pets are not allowed on this experience.

Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted inside the capsules or on the boarding platform.

Accessibility

The London Eye is wheelchair accessible. Please note that only two wheelchairs are allowed per capsule and a maximum of eight wheelchairs in total are allowed on the London Eye at any one time.

Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult over 18 at all times.

Infants aged 2 years and under ride free but must still reserve a ticket.
