The experience was incredible. First off, customer service was clear and precise, and they also recommended alternatives so we could keep enjoying our stay in New York. The fun was there from start to finish: right from the elevator, that light show and how fast it reached the top was a total "wow." When the doors opened and we saw each staging of lights, mirrors, and the panoramic view of New York City, it was an absolute 10/10. I would definitely do it again and recommend it to my friends and family. The cocktails were also excellent, and the staff was very friendly from the entrance to the exit of this beautiful experience. It's definitely a must-do plan. Thanks guys, Jhon and Alex.

The whole purchasing process and the options for the different attractions were excellent. Very clear, good prices, and a great variety of payment methods. It was very easy to just show the code for entry once we arrived at the Summit. It was also very kind of them to send us a reminder.

It was an indescribable experience. Right from the start, the story of its creation... which ended with snowflakes. Then it went up in just a few seconds. It offered a breathtaking view from different levels.
