CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5Despite our visit being on an exceptionally busy day, our pre-purchased Headout ticket ensured that we were in a line that kept moving. And while the features of St. Peter's Basilica speak volumes on their own, our appreciation of them, their purpose, and their arrangement were enhanced exponentially by the audio guide that came with our Headout experience. We'll certainly visit St. Peter's again, and we'll certainly take advantage of all that the Headout experience has to offer.FFredrik C
FamilyVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5St. Peter’s Basilica is a triumph of art and faith, but securing access to the dome is what transforms a great visit into a lifetime memory. Gazing down at the intricate interior details from above, and then stepping outside to witness the sweeping, iconic views of Rome, is utterly awe-inspiring. It is a stunning, bucket-list experience that perfectly captures the grand spirit and timeless beauty of Italy and Rome.FFrank M
CoupleVerified bookingJun 20265/5The process leading up to the visit went smoothly and without a single issue. Very good. Access to the cathedral and the dome—the first part via elevator—went smoothly. I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!CCarsten S
CoupleVerified bookingLast week5/5The preparation was excellent: someone actively approached me while I was looking for the meeting point. I arrived at the café in the middle of the square way too early, but was immediately given the link to the audio guide. I didn’t have headphones, but was given the clear, well-written text in German to read. I walked through the basilica with a guide. The dome took my breath away—it was so incredibly beautiful, crafted with such skill. It was overwhelming to me to see what people are capable of building. All the security checks went smoothly thanks to the tickets on my phone, so I was able to immerse myself in the art easily and freely. The price isn’t cheap. But you get a lot in return, including content in several languages. Unfortunately, I don’t remember exactly which ones.JJonathan M
GroupVerified bookingLast week5/5We went to the meeting place at the Macdonalds and no one was there from Headout. We arrived about 20 minutes before the tour was to start. Kept walking around , asked people, There were other tours linning up but no one from Headout. We endend up buying tickets from another tour company. We are very disappointed in your company and would like a refund. I am hoping this issue can be resolved quickly as a negative review helps no one. Booking ID, 31557557 fo 3 people.
