The ticketing process was easy and the meeting place was east to find, especially with the lion's head sign. Mitch was a great tour guide. This was my second time taking this same tour . This time with different friends. Mictch explained new details that were not covered in my previous tour. And seeing a new area in the Palentine Hill exhibit was a special treat. Keep up the great work! I always tell my friends about your tour when they're coming to Rome.

The tour guide is very professional and informative. She could explain every story of each sight-seeing point. We would never know about this if we visit alone. She was also very considerate and take care everyone of our tour members. I remembered that day we had to wait for a very long queue for the lift to get up to the doom, she suggested if we would like to climb up the stairs and so we can save more that 1 hour waiting time. And she took good care for those tour members that not preferred to climb up. Luckily, we had met her and we got a very smooth experience in the entire tour.

A very pleasant experience in a small group with a French-speaking guide. The only downside was that the breakfast included in the tour was very basic and not very good. The visit to the dome and the view are magnificent, as is the visit to St. Peter's Basilica.

1. The activity is at 7:45, it says that it starts at 7:45 but not that THE TOUR begins at this hour so if you arrive 10 mins before you have to take your breakfast in a rush. 2. The breakfast does absolutely not worth 10€ more as it is just a croissant with à supermarket fruit juice. 3. The guide was too much on her watch and cutting her explanations to repeat "stay together" like children. 4. It is stated "guided visit of the Dome" but our guide did come to the coupole but did not come up to top of the dome to explain us the panorama and said "you go up, take a picture then come back" It was a rush. 5. Instructions were not clear as 8 people of the group took the wrong exit as there are 2 (one by feet, one with the elevator), people got lost 8-10 minutes and the guide was really unpleasant, stating 10 times that it was the people´s guilt to be lost and that we could not read "exit" on the bilboard. That is not acceptable. 6. We made the line to enter so these are not fast track tickets. 7. Not enough interaction

The tour guide was great, she was warm and friendly. She was very knowledgeable and worked hard to connect with each participant. She really know her material.
