The Basilica is impressive 💖and after climbing all the way to the top, on the terrace, the view was magnificent. It was worth climbing 500 hundreds of stairs for such view!🙂 The guide is good and the way he speaks showed us that he knows everything there is to know about the basilica, but sometimes his jokes was out of place. I would prefer to have a guide less full of information and more respectful towards the people he accompanied, and that he remembered that he was doing the tour for us, to make us discover his knoledge of the basilica and not to make us discover his bad jokes🙁Li

The tour guide is very professional and informative. She could explain every story of each sight-seeing point. We would never know about this if we visit alone. She was also very considerate and take care everyone of our tour members. I remembered that day we had to wait for a very long queue for the lift to get up to the doom, she suggested if we would like to climb up the stairs and so we can save more that 1 hour waiting time. And she took good care for those tour members that not preferred to climb up. Luckily, we had met her and we got a very smooth experience in the entire tour.
