The experience itself is transformative and interesting. But what makes it very good is that you have an accompanying staff that guides you quickly to the entrance and they are very helpful in the installation and configuration of the apps for the audio guide and super friendly, I really felt very well cared for by them. Besides, before starting, they give you a pear juice with a croissant.

I thought the tour was guided fully but it was not. I thought booking a tour would mean no queue but that wasn't the case, we queued for over an hour and we're still no where near the front door, so skipping the queues is not an option. I had to leave the tour and just see the Basilica as queueing to go up to the dome was impossible with my foot injury. I wouldn't recommend it if you can't queue for hours.

Although in the end the visit, as it is made clear in the contract, is free with audio guide, all the previous formalities up to the entrance are well organized and save headaches.

The ticketing experience was accurate, easy, good instructions, reasonable price. It was basically everything I wanted to book St Peter's Basilica experience. The coffee and pastry was a nice bonus. Ths directions to meet were very specific with a picture of the meeting spot- that was so helpful! The staff at the site were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this tour and this company
