Convenient and quick to meet and enter with the guide who allowed the skip-the-line. I would improve the download guide so that it continues as the visit progresses so that it has a logical thread. I find the ticket a bit expensive, counting that the shovel is separate as well as the museums

I loved how easy it was to find the meeting spot under the clock tower. Our guide took us (the group) right to the entrance point. Explained that tickets for the other location like the terrace would come in a digital email using WhatsApp! We were able to explore and ask questions!! We have saw a mass!

It was very convenient to receive all the information and the ticket contactlessly; I didn't have to look for a separate meeting point. Unfortunately, it wasn't 100% clear that the museum and the loggia in St. Mark's Basilica were not included.

Thanks to the reservation, entry was very quick. The interior of the basilica is spectacular. Some more specific information, targeted at ticket purchases, would have directed me towards upgrading to a full tour of the complex.
