Our guide host, Anna, was incredible! She was with us inside for explanations for the first 30 minutes and new so much about the Basilica and history! This was a great surprise as we expected only audio. She had ear clips to hear easily and was easy to follow! Highly recommend! The Basilica is gorgeous and rich with history - everyone including kids age 10-12 enjoyed!

The Milan Cathedral is absolutely breathtaking! The architecture, both inside and out, is a true masterpiece. The admission fee was totally worth it. Tip: Be sure to buy tickets online in advance—it saves a lot of time waiting in line. The highlight was walking up to the roof—the view over Milan is unforgettable!

We had a fantastic experience visiting St. Mark’s Basilica. Our guide was excellent – very knowledgeable, easy to understand and with a great sense of humour. She brought the history of the basilica to life, from the mosaics and domes to the stories behind St. Mark’s relics and the golden altarpiece. The tour was well structured and perfectly timed. We never felt rushed, yet we managed to see all the highlights, including the Pala d’Oro and the terrace with its beautiful views over Piazza San Marco and the lagoon. The guide always made sure everyone in the group could follow along and was happy to answer questions. Overall, this was one of the best guided tours we have taken. Great. At the appointed time, we were in St. Mark’s Square; the staff from the agency divided us into groups based on our guide, handed out the headphones, and gave us our admission tickets. Our guide, Cinthia, was especially great. We entered the Basilica through the line for guided groups—it was faster—and Cinthia explained a lot of things to us both before we went in and once we were inside. 100% recommended.

Our first tour time we selected and it was cancelled but we were given the option to join the in person tour instead of the audio guided tour. I highly recommend doing the guided tour, you can ask questions in real time and it's only an hour. Our tour guide was kind, patient and knowledgeable. It was a great experience!
