Convenient and quick to meet and enter with the guide who allowed the skip-the-line. I would improve the download guide so that it continues as the visit progresses so that it has a logical thread. I find the ticket a bit expensive, counting that the shovel is separate as well as the museums

We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing service of the tour company. Our ship docked later than expected, and the ferry took longer to get to Venice. I called to see if we could get a later scheduled tour because we missed ours. I couldn't get through and thought we just missed everything. However, shortly after I received a return call and said we could meet the tour guide at the Saint Mark Square. We met her and she took us through the the line area and we were able to have our tour. She saved the day and we were very happy.

We easily found the guide at the meeting point and received our tickets via WhatsApp. The group entrance actually has a shorter queue. As there is no security check, the queue moves very quickly. The guys who escorted us to the entrance were very friendly. The day before I received the audio guide by WhatsApp to download onto my cell phone. Impeccable service

I loved how easy it was to find the meeting spot under the clock tower. Our guide took us (the group) right to the entrance point. Explained that tickets for the other location like the terrace would come in a digital email using WhatsApp! We were able to explore and ask questions!! We have saw a mass!

Sadly others in the group were late which made our tour very short. Our guide focused on one Canadian gentleman and directed everything to him. It could have been a good deal better

The building was absoluty beautiful. I recommend also getting the ticket for the museum inside that way you can also go upstairs and have a nice view.

When purchasing the tickets, it was not stated anywhere that the price did not include access to the roof terrace, balcony, and tower. This was an important part of the visit for me, and discovering this only on site was an unpleasant surprise. I believe such details should be clearly indicated in advance so that visitors can make an informed decision and avoid disappointment. As a result, I cannot recommend this guide and hope that this feedback will help improve the clarity of information provided to future visitors.

According to the ticket purchase information, there should have been an opportunity to enter the sacristy of the Santa Maria de Salute Church and the Santa Maria Assunta Basilica on the island of Torcello for free. Since only advance tickets were sent, we did not have such opportunities with them. Misleading information was provided regarding the meeting under the clock and the skip-the-line option, as we had to stand in a rather long queue.
