Everything g is super! The English speaking gide was super and attentive! The onliest wish and advice for the stage of "srarting point" to make the number of group on a high stick -so, everybody from the croud could find his/her gide quickly among simultaneous other 7 groups 😮

The guide was really kind and knowledgeable. It was a shame that she only spoke English, and to listen to the tour in Italian, you had to download an app. So I had to translate what she was saying into Italian for my 9-year-old daughter.

Beautiful and must see if you are there videos, pictures photographs don't not do it. Justice. The guide was very informative in giving us many of the details and pointing out many of the mosaics.We would have overlooked

On paper this sounded a great combo ticket, in reality whilst it was useful, it's not really needed. Firstly, to start with the negative, the Basilica guide spent the week before our trip badgering me into upgrading my ticket into a guided tour (we'd booked a self guided audio guide), ultimately they then didn't turn up on the day and Headout then refunded me- the Headout team were great but it meant we couldn't see the inside of the Basilica, which was a real shame. No issue with the Doge's Palace tickets but there was no need to buy it as the queue was about 5 people, on a busy public holiday weekend, so in our experience of wasn't needed and we could have saved the money and wished for 10 mins max. The vaporetto ticket was great but, again, I don't think I saw a single person buy a ticket all weekend, so you probably don't need to, but, this was really easy to collect and felt like good value for money, taking you out to Burano (which is around 35 minutes so a good distance), Murano and the others. Overall, Headout made the process really easy and everything worked fine except the tour guide. Having googled it when back home, it's a common practice for these local tour companies to try and move individual bookings to another time slot so they can minimise the number of tours.
