Getting started

Arrive at Six Flags Great Adventure on the applicable date of your visit and present your ticket voucher at the park entrance for scanning. Once inside, spend the day enjoying the park's rides, attractions, and entertainment before joining the seasonal Halloween programming when Fright Fest begins.

What to expect

Six Flags Great Adventure

Six Flags Great Adventure combines high-thrill rides, family attractions, entertainment, and seasonal events in one large theme park. During the fall season, the park adds daytime family activities and after-dark Halloween entertainment, giving you options throughout your visit.

Enjoy a full day at the park: Use your ticket for single-day admission to Six Flags Great Adventure and spend your visit moving between rides, attractions, and live entertainment at your own pace.

Experience Fright Fest after dark: When the sun sets, Fright Fest presented by SNICKERS® transforms the park with Scare Zones, live Halloween entertainment, roaming performers, and a more intense atmosphere.

Enter Scare Zones: Scare Zones are included with admission to Fright Fest and add fog, lighting, and costumed characters to the park's pathways.

Add Haunted Mazes separately: For a more intense Halloween experience, Haunted Mazes are available as premium walk-through attractions. A separate Haunted Attractions Pass is required and is not included with this ticket.

Enjoy Kids Boo Fest during the day: On scheduled dates, Kids Boo Fest brings family-friendly Halloween activities to the park, including the Trick-or-Treat Trail, Costume Contest, seasonal crafts, games, and live entertainment.

Celebrate Oktoberfest: On scheduled dates, Oktoberfest presented by Cash App brings German-inspired food, drinks, live music, and entertainment to Six Flags Great Adventure.

Take a break with seasonal food and drinks: Fall food and drinks are available throughout the park, including seasonal bites and Halloween-themed treats. Food and beverages are purchased separately.

Catch live entertainment: Seasonal programming includes performances and roaming entertainment, with family-friendly shows during Kids Boo Fest and Halloween entertainment during Fright Fest.

Comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for walking and rides

Loose articles on rides or in certain ride queues

Items that cannot be safely secured or left with a non-rider

Guests age 17 and younger are subject to the park's chaperone policy. Guests age 18 and older may be asked to present a valid government-issued photo ID with date of birth.

Six Flags Great Adventure is fully cashless. Cash-to-Card kiosks are available throughout the property.

Fright Fest presented by SNICKERS® runs September 18–November 1, 2026.

Kids Boo Fest runs September 19–November 1, 2026.

Oktoberfest presented by Cash App runs September 19–November 1, 2026.

Haunted Mazes require a separate Haunted Attractions Pass.

Parking is sold separately.

Hurricane Harbor New Jersey and Wild Safari are not included with this ticket.
