What to bring

• Complimentary earphones are provided, but you are encouraged to use your own.

What’s not allowed

• Outside food & beverages, sharp metallic tools or objects, and large luggage bags are not allowed on this experience.

• Strollers are not allowed onboard for safety reasons as the aisle must be kept clear. You can leave your stroller at the store before boarding.

• Due to cruise restrictions, your pets are not allowed on board.

Accessibility

• This experience is wheelchair accessible. Select either the 7pm or the 9pm time slots for the wheelchair accessible boats. Then, contact the Blue Boat reservations department (on weekdays via +31 20 679 1370 or by email at reservations@blueboat.nl) to inform them that there is a wheelchair in the group, as the operator can only accommodate 3 wheelchairs on board at the same time.

• Your guide dogs are welcome on the cruise.

Additional information

• Children up to and including 4 years old may board for free. Children between the ages of 5 and 11 years can board with discounted tickets. Children older than 11 pay the same price as adults.

• Children must be accompanied by an adult.

• Please arrive 15 mins before your departure.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
