Budapest was a total disappointment—a dirty, unsafe, and completely run-down city, with the stench of urine in the streets and lots of people rummaging through trash cans. The only bright spot was the wonderful cruise on the Danube

Wonderful! I'd definitely do it again when I'm back—the audio commentary is very informative and practical for learning about the most important landmarks. They serve a welcome drink that you can enjoy during the tour, and the boat is an old vessel steeped in history. Highly recommended.
