We liked the friendly staff and that you could see a few sights from the water. Less nice were the long lock times and the unnecessarily long break as people get off who booked only a short tour. We were a little disappointed that you have seen more industry and graffiti than sights but for that the shipping company can nothing.

Booking was without problems. The ship offered enough seats for lunch. Both Wienerschnitzel and apple strudel tasted excellent! Very interesting route to get to know another side of Vienna, away from classic tourist crowds.

Good boat trip with a nice weather, lovely Danube. However, for a round trip of 3.5h, spent more time in ship lock and midi way stop than really navigating on the Danube. For online ticketing, easy process. However, not clear on where to go to take the boat. Overall, nice cruise!

Everything was perfect except the weather... in the restaurant it was too hot 🥵 there was an air conditioner but probably it was not working. And naybe it would be better if there is a music un the background. Thank you.

Very busy so couldn't sit outside. Sat inside. Seats were not very comfortable and the room was really hot (no air con). A lot of time was spent going through 2 locks and dropping people. Not that much to see to be honest.
