Elena, the tour guide, was great. She explained the material very competently in excellent English. She was laid-back and personable. The tour could have been a little shorter. Especially at the Alcázar, it was a bit too long for me personally. But I still highly recommend it, especially for people who love history.

The organization was excellent; they contacted us to arrange our arrival at the meeting point and guided us through the process. The guide who led us on the tour was very organized and knowledgeable; he clearly pointed out and explained the most important aspects. He had excellent historical knowledge, including facts related to our country’s history. He was courteous and organized throughout the entire tour. It’s a tour I would definitely take again.

A knowledgeable and friendly guide. Punctual. I particularly appreciated the use of earbuds, which allowed us to follow the explanation even when we were free to step away from the group to take photos. The only downside was the change in the scheduled tour start time from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (a time of extreme heat for this time of year). I also appreciated the organization’s constant support via WhatsApp in rescheduling the tour.

Bring an original, valid passport or ID card for entry along with your ticket.

You can present your ticket printed or on your mobile.

Guide dogs and emotional support animals are allowed within the Alcazar and the cathedral, subject to producing the official documentation.

Wheelchair users are prohibited from climbing the La Giralda.

People with vertigo, claustrophobia, anaemia, tendency to dizziness, heart problems, and/or respiratory problems are advised not to climb the La Giralda.

You must arrive at the designated entry point 15 minutes before your scheduled time to complete check-in.

You can visit the Seville Cathedral for free on Sundays (except holidays) between 4:30pm and 6pm, with a prior online reservation.

Visits to the gardens are subject to weather and safety conditions and may be closed without prior notice.

Children under 14 can visit the Giralda always accompanied by an adult.

If you choose a small group guided tour, your group will have no more than 15 people.
