Very friendly and competent guide What I didn't like was the change in schedule that was imposed on us (we had booked the start of the tour at 2:30 p.m. and it was changed to 12:30 p.m.!!!). We only had 25 minutes free to eat and visit the Alcazar gardens, which is not enough. 1 hour would have been perfect.José

Everything went smoothly and the experience was amazing! Both the Catedral and Real Alcázar are unforgettable. But what made our experience the best was our tour guide, Rosa! She explained everything with love and passion and made sure everyone was feeling comfortable, she also took the time to answer all our questions and to give more details and fun facts about the monuments. Thank you Rosa ❤️ You are what I wish for when it comes to tour guides!Safis

Punctuality of appointments and pick-up! On the other hand, some rather cavalier schedule changes the day before could have caused us to cancel our visit by moving it from 1:00 pm to 11:00 am. All the more so as we learnt that the morning of the tour was partially booked. 11H00: Cathedral+Giralda and 15H00: The Alcazar.
