Great staff. Great tour for the catacombs only. I booked multiple with this site. Just don't book the colosseum and Roman hills. They never showed up to the tour and no tickets are there to request refund. It's like I didn't pay $169 for the tour of all three events. Vatican was also a nightmare to get tickets finally got them. Head out tour so far is not a reliable ticket source. We spent another $120 to tour. I got no ticket no entry and paid $169. No refund just out my money.

It is neat to see the underground water system, and having the audio in our language was helpful. It would be nice if individual ear-pieces were provided. We had some from a previous tour that we re-used. We were expecting the underground system to be larger than what was shown. It is only under 1 building, which is across from the Trevi Fountain. The entrance was difficult to find. Other than those things, the tour was good.

Interesting experience. I was not familiar with the underground of the Trevi Fountain. They can be visited in half an hour. They give audioguide included in the price of the visit and it is very useful

Amazing experience. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and provided a great overview of the history of what is a fascinating site. We booked with only 30 minutes to spare and the guide was so accommodating considering the sudden change to their schedule. Would certainly recommend!
