Barely made the train as the cuatoms process was terribly hard overcrowded and even the bus to customs was not sufficient. But we hopped on quickly and our online tickets prevented having to validate. Perhaps the cuatoms can learn how to get more digital and quicker like the train system!

The train was on time. It was easy to get to. Signs are everywhere. The train was clean. Despite the tourists, it was easy to find a seat. Safe. The conductors are there to help you if needed. A great experience.

The train was on time, easy to find and had luggage storage. It was very crowded though, I was lucky to get a seat. It could use a little more storage. It was a smooth ride, and arrived at the airport on time.

The flexibility to change departure times and the quick trip to the airport From the Termini metro station, there is a lack of information on how to get to the Leonardo.

I requested a change of time on my ticket and was told a new ticket would be sent to me. It never was and I reached out again and they still didn't send me the correct ticket. I ended up having to pay extra on the train because of the 15 minute time difference.

I had a problem when I changed my reservation. I did receive my ticket, but it didn't have a QR code, which isn't much use to me since I had to scan it to board. After a lot of back-and-forth messaging, I finally got the QR code 20 minutes before departure—by which time I was already at the station. In the end, everything worked out, but it was a real hassle. I wouldn't do that again.

It's easy to buy tickets in the app; there were long lines at the ticket machines both at the airport and at the station. The staff were happy to help us get on the train.
