It was my first visit at the Sondheim Theater. Altough the rows are very tight, the view was excellent. What amazed me most was the perfectly clear sound. The voices of the cast were great, the music simply beautiful. I do not consider myself a very emotional person, but Les Mis had me in tears at the end of act 1 and act 2. Loved every minute of it! A truly unforgettable experience!

I have previously seen a North American production of Les Mis, and let me tell you, this sow absolutely dwarfs it in quality. The set, the music, and the cheeky British humour really sealed it as the difinitive production of the show. Every single performer was on top game and I was weeping at the end of almost every song. I will be back!

The whole experience was incredible! From waiting to get into the theatre, to the amazing seats, we were blown away. And of course the performance was one of the best we've ever seen. The cast and the scenery were top notch. We loved it!

Wonderful show: every member of the cast was outstanding. The staging was exceptional. We sat in third row of the Stalls, far left, and almost felt we were a part of it. Absolutely loved it. Nice theatre.

Amazing performance. Scenery was breathtaking and voices blended so powerfully. I flew into London specifically for this performance and was not disappointed.

Povestea

Set in 19th-century France, Les Misérables follows ex-convict Jean Valjean, released after years in prison but forever branded by his past. Show was something of a pilgrimage for me. I have known it my whole life but never saw it live. It did not disappoint. Éponine (Jess Folley) was a standout for me. Fresh and 'on my own was particularly moving. I would go again if I could.

I absolutely loved Les Misérables in London! From beginning to end, it was an incredible experience. The theatre is so intimate, and the stage is wonderfully close. Sitting on the main floor, I truly felt like there wasn’t a bad seat in the house. You feel completely connected to the performers and the story. The interpretation was phenomenal, and the entire production was absolutely top-notch. The performances, the staging, the music, the voices—everything was out of this world. It was beautiful in every possible way. And I cried so many times! I cried because of the beauty of the story, I cried because of the beauty of the music, and then the final moments completely broke my heart. Watching Jean Valjean die, with the music and the emotion of that scene, left tears rolling down my cheeks. It was one of those moments you feel deep in your soul. This wasn’t just a show—it was an unforgettable experience. ❤️ I cannot recommend Les Misérables in London enough. It is truly top-of-the-line in every way. If you have the chance to see it, GO! You will not regret it!

Everything! The cast was absolutely superb. I felt like I was seeing a first-run. The leads were all on their game: Timing - impeccable and characters- so grounded and riveting. The ensemble worked as one. The music and staging were gorgeous. We'd seen a touring company in America; this production was on a completely different level. I also appreciated the very professional ushers who are now elevated to policing cell phone use (and are effective). This creates an opportunity for the magic of live theater to come alive for actors and audiences, and it is so appreciated. There is nothing like it. Thank you!

Das Musical les Miserables ist eine berühmte und berührende Geschichte von Armut, Unterdrückung und Liebe. Es ist 1 Begegnung mit einem einzigen Menschen, der Nächstenliebe lebt, um ein elendes Schicksal abzuwenden. Diese Aufführung ist mit wunderbaren Schauspielern und Sängern ausgestattet. Das Bühnenbild wechselt nahtlose, temporeich und eindrücklich von einer Szene in die nächste. Definitely a must-see show. Each and every one of the actors did a spectacular job, Ian McIntosh as Valjean was a favorite of the whole crowd. I was worried about the cast being tired from performing every day but it was not the case at all, they were on top of their game. The staging is truly impressive and even from the furthest seats you can feel the stage and emotion, the whole show was just incredible. Still thinking about it the next day.
