I genuinely can’t stay quiet about this production. The Phantom of the Opera is my favorite movie of all time, so I went in with very high expectations… and somehow they exceeded every single one of them. Everything was a 10/10. The cast was absolutely phenomenal, every performance was filled with emotion, power, and passion. The acting, the vocals, and the chemistry on stage were simply outstanding. The set design was breathtaking. Every scene felt magical, immersive, and beautifully crafted. The costumes were elegant, detailed, and perfectly captured the atmosphere of the story. Combined with the lighting and special effects, it created an unforgettable experience. And the music… wow. Hearing those iconic songs performed live gave me chills. They managed to capture every emotion, every feeling, and every magical moment that made me fall in love with the story in the first place. Anna was the perfect Christine. Her voice was stunning, her performance was heartfelt, and she embodied the character beautifully. She was absolutely incredible. This wasn’t just a musical it was an experience. They took everything I love about the story, the emotion, the music, and the characters, and brought it to life in the most spectacular way possible. Without a doubt, this is the best stage production I have ever seen. Bravo to every single person involved!

Seeing The Phantom of the Opera here was one of my dreams. The theater's decor made me feel like I was at the Paris Opera House—it was magnificent and beautiful. The classic chandelier scenes were incredibly realistic, and the surround sound made it feel like the Phantom was right next to me. The actors were all very professional, with beautiful voices and superb acting skills. Even better, the music was played by an orchestra, and the live performance was excellent. Everything was done very realistically. By the way, on the day I saw the musical, there was a parade outside the theater, but it was very quiet inside. The soundproofing was perfect; I couldn't hear any outside noise at all, allowing me to fully concentrate on the musical! This experience was very memorable, and if I come to London again, I would definitely see it again! Highly recommended!

Stunning costumes and staging, couldn't even begin to imagine the details and magic that I was about to witness, especially in such fast transitions. The cast was beyond impressive: couldn't even dislike Carlotta, as the actress had a beautiful voice and was absolutely gorgeous, Christine's actress portrayed struggles with both sides of her very convincingly, Raoul charmed me for the first time as he was actually caring and compassionate towards Christine, lastly, the Phantom could not have been any better, he was both intimidating and seductive, the mystery and tragedy of him was perfectly captured. I hope to see this production again in the future.

They've been performing phantom for 40 years of this location year around. It is so goood, It is hard to believe the costumes and the stage props. The short masquerade scene had some of the most elaborate costumes I've ever seen.. Is a small theater and there are some restricted views, but this is the best musical I've ever seen in real life. I took my daughter, who was 19, and her friend who had never seen theater and they were both blown away.

This was our 6th or 7th time to see the performance. Our plan had been to arrive early as my husband is disabled. Due to protests in London our 2 mile Uber took an hour and a half making us late. The staff couldn't have been more gracious, they escorted us to our seats and kept a watchful eye on us. The staffs' attentiveness coupled with an outstanding performance made our experience unforgettable. A special shout out to Georgia, a true peach.

This show was top notch in every way. Starting with the venue & backdrop of his Majesty's Royal Theatre. The seating made every seat a good seat and felt very intimate. The acting singing and sets were of such high-quality. the Canal boat scene, the staircase chase scene, the masquerade and the Phantom atop of the building are just a few highlights. I was brought to tears! All 6 of us that attended agreed on the quality of this show!

Povestea

Nous avions pris des place d'un peu au dernier moment (moins d'une semaine) avec visibilité réduite au Royal Balcony. Et surprise... très très très bien placée ! Avec effectivement un petit poteau devant mais qui je gêne absolument pas la visibilité ! Le spectacle est GRANDIOSE autant dans les costume que dans décors, que dans le talent des artistes !! INCROYABLE !

The Phantom of the Opera was incredible! This was my first show in London and I'm blown away. The sets were so detailed and amazing. The music, the singing and the acting were all great and just the show all around was beautiful. Also, all of the ushers and workers at His Majesty's Theatre were so nice and helpful. I seriously enjoyed every minute of it.

La performance a été bluffante. L'histoire a été très bien racontée malgré que ce soit en anglais que nous soyons français. Nous avons tout compris l'émotion transmise par les acteurs a été communicatives. Il y a une très très bonne ambiance dans ce théâtre. La durée entre les deux actes a été bien géré et il y a une standing innovation à la fin.
