Very warm welcome. The museum is very well laid out. Areas for improvement: I couldn't find a book about the painter Verspronck in the museum shop. Not enough posters of the museum's artworks.

Beautiful museum, sells out so plan ahead.evrn when it is sold out it is not too busy. You are hard pressed to see it all in a day. The head-out tickets including the drinks is quite a deal.

Amaz ing collection but very poor signposting. Unbelievable that had to search for The Vision of Zacharias, one of the most important finds of the century. Some paintings badly displayed; far too high. Very poor captions, at times unreadable. . Very difficult to enter museum; did not understand had to install app. The lovely man at the entry had great difficulty in doing it. Why not just sell tickets? Nothing on tickets to say go to information to get drinks vouchers. Lovely staff, brilliant collection,, good catering but altogether disappointing. A bit like UK NHS; brilliant staff but dire management.
