The reservation process was smooth, but the most important thing is that we want to give a big shout-out to the staff. A visit can sometimes feel long, but with them (and with someone who doesn't drink alcohol), we had a wonderful time! 10/10

I recommend both experiences—the museum is interesting and engaging, and the Heineken Experience is wonderful. We waited in line for a few minutes for the latter, but it moved quickly. I would have appreciated having someone there who spoke Italian.

Easy and smooth entry. The only downside is that almost all of us were Italian, and there are no guided tours in Italian. Too bad
