We had a fantastic guidertour at Pompeii. A special thanks goes to our guide, Mr. Igor, who made the tour both engaging and informative. His knowledge of Pompeii’s history was impressive, and he had a great way of explaining things so that even our son(13yrs) could easily follow and stay interested. He brought the ancient city to life with fascinating stories, details, and insights that we would have completely missed on our own. Mr. Igor was also very friendly, patient, and attentive, making sure everyone in the group was comfortable and involved. The pace of the tour was perfect—not rushed, but still covering all the key highlights. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience for all three of us. We highly recommend this guided tour, especially with Mr. Igor, to anyone visiting Pompeii

We went to Pompei and had a tour guide named Lucia. It was her first tour on a first day in a new job. Despite few minor dificulties she was holding on like a lionese. Cudos to her. The tour was nice, informative and all together pleasant. Would recomend.

It was quick and easy; it’s also no problem that the ticket office is 15 minutes away from the shuttle buses—it’s right at the entrance, and the exit is by the shuttle buses. So it makes for a nice loop through Pompeii.

Clear instructions to get to the gate. Helpful guides on arrival providing a map and useful information. Amazing place to visit! Unfortunately the audio guide wasn't good at all as the signal for internet was extremely poor.

Great guide and experience , shame we didn't have time to make it to the amphitheatre and teatro but need more hours I guess. I wish I'd known some exhibits close at 6. Great tour though

We had a wonderful time at the Pompeii site. The site is huge, and there’s so much to see. The staff there guided us around and were very friendly.

Everything went pretty well, but we would have liked more information about the distance from the station to the meeting point to avoid unnecessary stress. We also would have liked to continue the tour until the park closed, but we had to leave to return the audio guides. I wouldn't use these audio guides again under these conditions; they should be available for the entire duration of the tour.

I didn't run into any problems there. The young woman exchanged my tickets without any trouble and was very friendly. However, I paid an extra fee for the Villa of the Mysteries, and I found out that my 24-year-old daughter, who is an EU citizen, should have paid 2 euros for Pompeii, but she ended up paying 20 euros. I think that's a real shame.

Confusing information about the audio guide. At the ticket office, we were even asked to pay for a printed guidebook. Only after asking several times did we get it for free, even though we had explicitly booked it. We didn’t receive the physical audio guides. In my opinion, they should be included in the €160 price for 5 people. It’s all a bit of a rip-off.
