I visited Pompeii for the first time and it completely exceeded my expectations — it’s one of the most powerful historical sites I’ve ever experienced. From the moment you walk through the gates, you feel transported back nearly 2,000 years. The preserved streets, ancient houses, stunning frescoes, mosaics, baths, and the impressive amphitheater are absolutely breathtaking. What moved me most was the haunting atmosphere — walking the same cobblestone roads as the people who lived there before the eruption of Vesuvius makes history feel incredibly real and emotional. I bought the tickets through Headout and the process was flawless: instant e-tickets, no queues at the entrance, and smooth entry. We spent almost 4.5 hours exploring and could have easily stayed longer. The site is well organized with clear paths, making it easy to navigate even on a busy day. If you’re planning a trip to Pompeii, don’t hesitate — this is a must-visit. It’s far more than just ruins; it’s a profound journey through time. Highly recommended!

Pompeii was one of the most memorable places we visited in Italy. Walking through the ancient streets and standing among the impressive columns made history feel incredibly real. The ruins are atmospheric, full of fascinating details and perfect for taking photos. Our Headout tickets made entry quick and easy.

It was easy with the skip-the-line tickets. We skipped the guide and audio tour and went on our own. This was mostly because of the heat. It was really nice, and we got to see everything we wanted to: 1👍

The tickets were sold out at the official website, so we found this website, could buy our tickets at the visiting day so it was worth it.

As an experience in itself, Pompeii is impressive, but what I didn't like was having to pay €10 online for my son when it was free there. The website tells you to buy tickets in advance so you don't lose them and to be eligible for entry to the site, and when I received the confirmation email, that's when we found out about it... that's not right.
