The lady at Slow Tours ticket office was super helpful. Both Uffizzi and Pitti palace were superb. We enjoyed the Boboli Gardens too but did not have enough time to complete them.Benjamin

It was very easy to enter the museum with the pass. Same for the Palazzo Pitti. The Uffizi was amazing from beginning to end. Boboli Gardens were a nice, peaceful getaway from the crowds.Laura

The museum visit was great. However, we had thought that the QR code was the actual ticket. So we had to go somewhere else from the entrance to the Uffizi to pick up the paper ticket. I actually wanted to avoid this, so I bought the tickets online beforehand. The office was difficult to find despite Google Maps. The Boboli Gardens are very run-down, overgrown and unkempt and not at all worth the entrance fee. A complete disappointment.Cusini
