I had a wonderful experience visiting the Uffizi Gallery and the Accademia Gallery through this service. When I arrived early at the meeting point for the Accademia Gallery, a staff member kindly approached me and personally guided me to the entrance. I truly appreciated this thoughtful support, especially in a busy city like Florence. It made me feel very welcomed and at ease. The meeting point for the Uffizi Gallery was also very easy to find, with clear instructions provided in advance. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. A wonderful experience, with a much larger collection than I expected at the Uffizi Gallery. The Accademia Gallery is smaller but has the statue of David and other very cool pieces.

The Academia tour tickets that were given to us at meeting point had different times and we experienced issue due to this. Uffizi was better and smooth with a moderate amount of people.
