CoupleVerified bookingLast week5/5Purchasing a ticket for all 3 parks reduced so much hassle and it was an easy experience for the staff as well. All the parks were well maintained, beautiful and the staffs are a joy to speak with at all checkpoints. The staffs at the Penguin Parade seating area were kind, patient and handled the crowd fantastically. To all guests, please be mindful to follow the rules set out in place at each of the parks as it's there for a reason. It's also a hindrance to the experience of other guests if you're not going to cooperate. Thank you and hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. (No pictures included for the Penguin Parade as we're rule abiding citizens.)CCheah L
GroupVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5Visiting the Penguin Parade at Phillip Island Nature Parks was an unforgettable experience. It was absolutely breathtaking to witness the penguins emerge from the ocean and make their way across the beach toward their burrows in the grassland. While waiting for the penguins to return to their nests, simply sitting by the seaside to enjoy the cool breeze and gaze out at the endless, vast ocean was truly wonderful. This is a perfect destination that combines stunning natural scenery with a unique wildlife encounter. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne!DDeepika V
FamilyVerified bookingYesterday5/5We loved our visit to all 3 places,Churchill Island was greats for kids to watch farm animals, Koala reserve had very few koalas 🐨 but it was lovely to see them in their own safe zone , and last but not the lease penguin 🐧 parade , winters was not the best seasson to watch it as we could hardly witness 4-5 baby penguins. I am not sure about summers thought but it was a well spent day with family. I would love to this again n again n again. 😍CCarolyn P
GroupVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5I visited Churchill Island with my adult grandchildren. They had no experiece with farm animals before. They were so excited to watch them. Thought we would spend the rest of the day there! At the Koala reserve we had a once in a lifetime experience with one koala confronting another and chasing it out on a limb. The Penguin Parade was amazing and they were thrilled to watch the small birds head to their individual burrows. We were the last on the broadwalk.EEliza M

Experience wildlife and heritage at Phillip Island’s most iconic attractions
Spend a memorable day at Phillip Island, where nature, wildlife, and history come together for an unforgettable experience. With access to three of the island’s top attractions—Penguin Parade, Koala Conservation Reserve, and Churchill Island—this adventure is perfect for families, nature lovers, and curious explorers alike.
Stroll among sleepy koalas in the treetops
Begin your journey at the Koala Conservation Reserve, where treetop boardwalks wind through native bushland. As you walk through the eucalyptus trees, you'll come face-to-face with koalas dozing in the branches, completely undisturbed in their tranquil environment. The reserve also offers a chance to spot wallabies and vibrant native birds while learning about the ongoing conservation efforts to protect these iconic marsupials.
Step back in time on Churchill Island
Next, explore the historic charm of Churchill Island. With its 19th-century cottages, heritage gardens, and working farm, the island invites you to experience a slower pace of life. Observe daily farming demonstrations like cow milking and sheep shearing, or simply take in the peaceful scenery along the walking trails overlooking the coast.
Watch nature’s nightly show at the Penguin Parade
As evening sets in, make your way to Phillip Island Nature Park for the world-famous Penguin Parade. From the general viewing platform, you’ll witness hundreds of little penguins emerging from the ocean and waddling across the beach to their burrows. Follow their journey along the boardwalks and spend time at the visitor centre, where interactive exhibits offer deeper insight into the life of these fascinating creatures.
