This is my family's and my first visit to Rome. It's a beautiful city, with astonishing monuments, showcasing the power, beauty, and development of civilization. One of these monuments was the Pantheon. I'd read a lot about it, seen photos and videos, but I wanted to see it with my own eyes. It made a huge impression on me and my family; it's even more impressive and beautiful than I imagined. Reserving and purchasing tickets is very simple and intuitive. Buying the tickets was very easy and straightforward. All the information was available in the app. Be sure to read everything. Before entering, the ticket and the audio guide had to be "redeemed" digitally with a man sitting on a stool. That was a bit odd, but everything went smoothly. The man was very friendly. The Pantheon itself is highly recommended. Be sure to book the audio guide. It was a very impressive experience.

We had a huge problem with the Colosseum. We didn't have the person who takes care of the guide in the morning, so we had to go to the Colosseum without an audio guide, and the site asked us for unlikely things to prove that we were on time, even though we had tickets to enter the Colosseum, so we were obviously on time. I do not recommend this site at all for buying tickets.

The ticket handover went very smoothly, as did downloading the podcast. We were not informed that the Pantheon and Roman Forum are treated as one attraction and only have one shared entrance. This was very annoying. We had assumed that we would be able to visit both places separately on two different days, which was not possible. What a shame!

Saw good reviews, and the visit to the Pantheon went well. Also booked with you for the Vatican museum and Sistine Chapel guided tour with St. Peter's Basilica. This did not go well as the guide told us we were not down for the tour of St. Peter's Basilica. The one tour that we really wanted in Rome, and paid for. Refused admission all because of Headout mistake. Not happy at all with Headout

The company's staff weren't wearing any identification, so it was hard to tell if you could trust the person on the street enough to hand them your phone to get instructions. The person who could scan the QR code arrived late. After that, not all six of us were able to play all the chapters of the audio guide. At most, we were able to listen to two of the five chapters available.

I bought skip-the-line tickets with an audio guide for the Pantheon in Rome. The tickets were sent the day before, as promised. On the day of the tour, we went to the meeting point and the guy kindly explained everything to us. We arrived and went straight in without having to wait in the long lines that had formed around the building. I had read some bad reviews, but in my case, everything worked perfectly.
