I always try to know beforehand what there is to see where I go, but this time I made an eception and it was such a surprise. Villa A (called Poppea's) is in an excellent state of preservation, and coming from visiting Herculaneum, the excitement was not to be taken for granted. Unfortunately, Villa B was not visitable, but that is a very good reason to return.
