Well organized. However, I thought the tour in Hohenschwangau was better, since the groups were smaller and there was time to answer questions. At Neuschwanstein, it felt more like we were being processed through a conveyor belt. The groups were far too large for the rooms and hallways, some of which were quite narrow. Unfortunately, there was little to no opportunity to ask questions; as soon as we arrived in a room, we had to move on again because the next large group was coming, which detracted from the quality of the tour. A positive aspect is the audio guides, available in every language thanks to AI.

Get skip the line entry at Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein so more of your day is spent inside the rooms instead of standing in ticket queues.

Spend less time planning and more time exploring with practical maps and simple route ideas that help you navigate the castle region and nearby paths.
