Landmarks in Munich

Hohenschwangau was amazing well worth the trip to Fussen we enjoyed the architecture and ornate castle the tour was well done 👍

We arrived, and the check-in process with the e-tickets went very smoothly. We received the purchase confirmation a few minutes after buying them on the Headout app, and the tickets were generated two days before our visit. It was my first time buying through Headout, and the experience was very good.

My girlfriend loved the romantic castles! After picking up the tickets at the office it was clear what to do. Great explaination! We traveled to the castles, parked the car exactly where we wanted. We visited both castles and really enjoyed the our experience! It is important to be at Neuschwanstein at time for your time slot. We were a bit late and had to rush up the stairs for our tour. other then that lots of reasons to visit both castles! its worth the money!

The castles are magnificent; everything went exactly as planned. We had some trouble finding parking—they told us there were no spots available at the lot listed when we picked up our tickets—but we got lucky: someone was just leaving.

Picking up the tickets was quick and hassle-free. The friendly staff also gave us some great tips. What I wasn't a fan of was that the times on the booking screen weren't completely clear. It caused some confusion for us, but it didn't ruin the experience. Please make the general information much clearer at a glance. Ticket pickup and tour times should be listed right next to each other. Therefore, one star deducted.
