My girlfriend loved the romantic castles! After picking up the tickets at the office it was clear what to do. Great explaination! We traveled to the castles, parked the car exactly where we wanted. We visited both castles and really enjoyed the our experience! It is important to be at Neuschwanstein at time for your time slot. We were a bit late and had to rush up the stairs for our tour. other then that lots of reasons to visit both castles! its worth the money!

My visit to Neuschwanstein Castle was a wonderful experience! Before I arrived at the castle, I hadn’t realized that I would learn so much about Bavarian history and the literature of Germanic mythology and legends. These are topics that I’m very interested in as a student of German language and literature and medieval studies. Unfortunately, taking photos inside the castle is not permitted. Therefore, I cannot include any visual images in my review. Nevertheless, the famous image of Neuschwanstein Castle serves as the perfect invitation to discover its history and experience a legendary and magnificent past!

The castles are magnificent; everything went exactly as planned. We had some trouble finding parking—they told us there were no spots available at the lot listed when we picked up our tickets—but we got lucky: someone was just leaving.
