A very good experience for Neuschwanstein Castle - the tour was done in the first hours of the visit; I would say it was quite comfortable, considering that the place is very crowded and the official tour of the castle is strict and quite limited - 30 minutes with a brief presentation of the rooms; Our experience was wonderful thanks to our guide, Miss Caroline, who gave us an exciting story about the schwab territory and the historical events in the life of the eccentric Bavarian king.

The castle is a marvel! The reception staff were very efficient once we had our tickets. BUT what's missing is the information that it's a 30-minute walk from the nearest parking lot to the château, and that digital tickets have to be converted into paper tickets at the reception desk on the 1st floor before you can join the tour group that leaves on the dot, which still takes 5 minutes.

The visits were really nice, and the castles really beautiful. The organisation was smooth and well planned. We were two French friends in the happy group of Elisabeth and let me tell you we were really happy to be with Elisabeth! She's a wonderful guide, really funny and pleasurable to be around, she's truly passionate about her job and it shows! I really recommand that experience !

Spectacular tour with very nice and competent guide. An excellent yet relaxing experience, where the time table allowed quite a lot of freedom. The castle is crowded, so make sure to make the tickets included, orherwise you possibly won't get in. Linderhof is also a good site to visit, and the guide told the fascinating story about it.
