The underground was very interesting and the tourguide gave a lot of informations. The roman theater at the end was surprisingly cool to see. The group size was a little big for my taste (55 poeple) and next time I would take the option without the pizza coupon since there are nicer and friendlier places to have a pizza.

Everything was great! The tour was extremely well-organized and right on time. Underground Naples is practically a city below street level. If you’re brave enough (and I highly recommend it) to tackle what the guides call the “difficult route,” you’ll get to see pools filled with water more than 50 meters below ground!

We arrived expecting to find a guide, but there was no private guide. Just 2 lines, a sorry line and a very long line. It turned out the long line was the prepurchased tickets, and that's all this was. Pte-purchased tickets. The Underground was interesting, but not phenominal.

It was an interesting tour, but... I couldn't understand the English with that Italian accent! The tour was supposed to last an hour and a half but barely lasted an hour! The theater tour wasn't included after all! It was very crowded, so the tour was probably cut short. I'm not happy!

This experience is not accessible by wheelchair or stroller as there are 121 low and wide steps to access the underground with no elevators or escalators.

Additional information

For people with claustrophobia: There is one optional narrow tunnel. Those who do not want to walk the tunnel can take an alternate route and wait 10 minutes for the group.

Please note that Italian tours run hourly from 10am to 5pm, and guests must arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before their chosen slot.

If you opt for the post-tour pizza experience, the pizza will be served at the end of the tour at Le Sorelle Bandiera (Vico Cinquesanti 33), where your guided visit concludes. Guides will drop you off at the pizzeria entrance, and you can claim your Margherita or Marinara pizza and drink by showing your tour ticket or voucher.

Guests may choose to enjoy their pizza on-site or take it away. Any extra toppings or additions are available for purchase separately.
