- Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible with flat, step-free pathways and automatic doors.
- Exhibit limitations: Most galleries are accessible, but the Vortex Tunnel, Ames Room, and Anti-Gravity Room are not suitable for wheelchairs or strollers.
- Monday to Thursday: 10am to 10pm
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday & public holidays: 10am to 11pm
- Last entry: Final admission 30 minutes before closing (9:30 PM on weekdays, 10:30 PM on weekends/public holidays)
- Special notes: The museum is open year-round, including public holidays. Occasional early closures may occur for private events—check the official website or contact the museum before visiting.
A souvenir shop is available at the exit, offering illusion-themed gifts and puzzles.

Free underground parking is available for ticket holders at Al Seef Mall (Heritage side).
