Beautiful place to visit! Very impressive and not a must-see when you are in Naples. I would recommend taking a shuttle bus at the bottom; they are not expensive. However, the internet at the top is very poor and the Wi-Fi doesn't always work, so it is advisable to take a screenshot of the QR codes. Additionally, the tickets are "vouchers" that are not valid at the gates of Mount Vesuvius itself, but which you have to hand in to a separate organization that then walks with you and scans the tickets for you. On top of that, it is important to check the prices in the souvenir shops, because there is one that offers a "special deal," but this is simply much more expensive. All in all, highly recommended. The view is amazing!

We visited Mount Vesuvius. However, we feel ripped off by the booking process. At first, they advertise a ticket price of 11 euros, which is also printed on the ticket later, but then, before completing the booking, at least that amount is tacked on again as a booking fee. There is no mention of this at the start of the booking. In addition, I find the fees excessively high. You basically do everything yourself anyway. I gave the excursion itself five stars. I would give the booking and the portal 0 stars.

A beautiful day for a very nice visit to Mount Vesuvius. You can see the entire crater. It is important to wear good shoes because the trail is steep and rocky. Good organization and a punctual team. The guide gave us the essential information in French. For the rest, she was easy to understand. It wouldn't really have been possible to get there by public transportation. We recommend it.

The transport to Mt Vesuvius is really well organised. I went on my own and felt looked after and informed the entire time. Travelling with Head Out made the visit to the park easy. We were given about an hour and a half to climb, enjoy the top and get back down again. I thoroughly recommend this tour company if you'd like to get to Vesuvius easily. A great morning out!

Pompei is a wonderful historical artifact which was extremely interesting. We arrived early (9.00am) when it was quieter and not so hot, so we were able to have great views without too many people. We had a 3 hour wander around the streets and saw many different properties. It was all fascinating and we really enjoyed our visit

The welcome at the agency was impeccable, and the escort to the bus stop was perfect and very helpful. Unfortunately, traffic was very heavy in the city center, and the bus left nearly an hour late. I took the latest tour to Vesuvius on Saturday. And guess what, there was not a single other tourist on the bus. The company could have canceled my trip, but no, they didn't. They drove me alone to the start of the trail and then picked me up on time, also completely alone!
