I couldn't book a std entry ticket from my home in Spain as they were sold out for my trip week, I booked through Headout and arrived at the visitor parking area and was directed to the Rep who had a bag ready with my name on and inside was a guide and a printed ticket, very easy and allowed me to enter easily and then climb up to the crater 🌋. Transportation was prompt-the ride up and down the mountain was harrowing but that's due to the roads. The "4" is because there wasn't a guide and there wasn't enough time for a guide anyway. You had 25 minutes to get up the mountain, 20 minutes at the peak, and 25 minutes to get back down and you got back on the bus.
