Main Entrance
The main entrance is located at 550 Tyabb-Tooradin Road, Pearcedale, Victoria 3912, directly beside the onsite car park. The entry pathway and ticket office are fully wheelchair accessible with smooth, flat surfaces and step-free access. Staff are available to support visitors requiring assistance, and accessible restrooms are located nearby. Upon entry, guests will find the Visitor Centre, café, gift shop, and signage pointing toward walking trails and wildlife encounter areas. For pre-booked encounters or shows, arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and secure a good viewing position.
Daytime Opening Hours: Open every day from approximately 9:30am to 4pm (final entry 3pm). Times may vary on public holidays or special event days, so confirm online prior to travel.
Keeper Talks & Show Times: Daily shows such as Conservation in Action and animal talks occur throughout the day—arrive early to secure seating.
Last Entry Policy: Final entry is strictly enforced to allow sufficient time to explore the park before closing.
Weather & Closures: The park remains open in most weather conditions, but extreme heat, storms, or operational updates may temporarily modify activities.
