As we couldn't find a tour in French in April, we booked one in English. Once we arrived, a French-speaking guide offered to let us switch to her group. This young guide made us relive the history of Cordoba, with the mix of the 3 religions present at the time living in perfect harmony. A superb tour.

The elegance of the Arab mosque contrasts with the heaviness of the Christian cathedral. It’s a shame that the evocative succession of Moorish columns and arches is often interrupted by display cases: like the Renaissance additions, they, too, are aesthetically out of place.
