Landmarks in Cordoba

No surprises—everything went smoothly. I downloaded the tickets, and going through security was a breeze. However, there were no senior discounts, even though other sites offered them.

Interesting but frenetically busy place. Fascinating architecture and surreal seeing a cathedral amongst the mosque arches. The instructions on the ticket say silence (certainly no one adhered to that and many guides were shouting to their groups), take passports (no one looked at them), wear respectable clothing (no one seemed perturbed by what anyone was wearing). Good to see the cathedral/mosques but not the highlight of our trip.

We loved it from start to finish—the venue was lovely, the dancers’ costumes and meticulously applied makeup were stunning, and it was a truly spectacular show

We really enjoyed the show, the quality of the entire cast, and the setting, right in the heart of Córdoba’s old town
