Guide emilio was very professional and passionate. He was a wealth of information. The pace of the tour was good and it didn't seem rushed. The only suggestion would be to add a little more time at the beginning for restroom (the line was very long due to several of the toilets not working) and browsing the the gift shop. There wasn't really enough time to do that before the bus picked us up to take us back to old town.

Our friendly guide provided interesting and entertaining commentary from start to finish. The tour is a must—otherwise, Medina Azahara would just be a ruin. We didn’t have to wait long either—not when entering the auditorium, nor for the shuttle bus. I would book it again.

I really enjoyed the tour of the Medina with Saray. I'm French, and even though I don't speak Spanish very well, I had no trouble understanding all of her explanations. She knows her subject inside and out, and you can tell she's passionate about her work.
