The transfer was completely hassle-free, a normal regional train with two levels. Not particularly crowded and perfectly fine in terms of price. The journey takes about an hour. You end up at Milan Central Station, which is a sight in itself. Have fun!

The price includes a service fee and is therefore more expensive than buying from a ticket machine. BUT the ticket machines at the main station were crowded. So we were able to go straight to the platform without any problems. Which was much more relaxed and definitely worth it. The journey was pleasant. The train is large, so no one had to stand. The announcements are also loud and clear. On the airport's website, you can search for your airline and find out which terminal you need to go to.

Friendly staff at the station, comfortable (comfortable seats, charging facilities for cell phones), plenty of space on the train. Arrival directly at the terminal, just take the elevator or escalator upstairs and you're ready to fly.

The Malpensa train from the airport to Milan city center is easy, convenient, and well worth it. The price is reasonable, signage in the airport makes the train very easy to find, and tickets are simple to purchase online. The train has plenty of space for luggage and seating is comfortable. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience — I would absolutely use it again and highly recommend it.

The service is very efficient and although we had a booked ticket for a certain time our flight was delayed and we still were able to just get the next train. Taxi/Uber in Milan from the outer Airport to CBD was very expensive. This was a much better option. So close to the arrival area of the airport with a lift to platform if you have heavy luggage.

It was very very easy to locate the right platform and the train was on time at the station and journey easy into the city. Onkybissi was with the prepaid ticket and code you do not have to validate it on the platform which was not clear on the papers.
