It was amazing! Every tune there was a new activity and wasn't too crowded either. Really recommend it if you're staying overnight, loved the different themes too, eg from band to horror

The organization by the operator, ticket access, and the fast-track line always worked great. Madame Tussauds was also fascinating and well worth taking lots of photos. However, whenever the crowds of visitors had just thinned out a bit, they were herded back together by some activity, which felt a bit like a flock of sheep.

Fast-track entry is really great, but unfortunately, being given the wrong time of 9:00 AM or 8:45 AM instead of 10:00 AM... very, very annoying! That really shouldn't happen.

I loved seeing & posing with the Michael Jackson waxwork. That was the highlight of the experience as I'm a big fan however, the Taxi ride & the Jurassic Park experience especially was amazing. I have already recommended it to family & will be coming back again. Looking forward to seeing new waxworks of Michael jackson 😁.

Great family day out with something for all of us . Enjoyed the train ride and 4D movie which we weren't expecting . The wax works were very realistic especially the eyes !
