I loved seeing & posing with the Michael Jackson waxwork. That was the highlight of the experience as I'm a big fan however, the Taxi ride & the Jurassic Park experience especially was amazing. I have already recommended it to family & will be coming back again. Looking forward to seeing new waxworks of Michael jackson 😁.

Great family day out with something for all of us . Enjoyed the train ride and 4D movie which we weren't expecting . The wax works were very realistic especially the eyes !

Fast track worked no problem, wax works amazing. Only problem was the other folk there. Very slow at exhibitions but tutting at others to get out way, no patience or manners. The Jurassic show was great fun

The train trqvel is magnificient.it was expected. The staff were nice and professional.the dummy look real,especially mbappe & kane. Seeing the royal family is surrel and chilling.i love the total experience.

Barring not knowing which door to go to even staff redirected us 4 times with different information! It was a good attraction tho very different wax works to ones I saw 10yrs ago ! Big focus on marvel and star wars etc Harry Styles and Taylor Swift rather than historical figures Enjoyed the peace and quiet of champagne bar and fast track! Was out in 90 mins prob because I didn't recognise quite a few "celebrities ' due to being older than most its targeted at. Interesting day and enjoyable if u can cope with milling crowds

Additional information

The opening hours for the Flexi Fast Track tickets are 10am–4pm until July 25, 9am–5pm from July 25 until August 31, and 10am–3pm from September 1.

Children under 2 years old may enter free of charge but must still have a pre-booked ticket.

Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Disabled guests pay the standard admission fee, and one carer may accompany them at no extra cost.

Only three wheelchairs are allowed inside the attraction at any given time.

Wheelchair access must be arranged in advance via the official Madame Tussauds London website.

Pushchairs and buggies are not allowed inside and must be stored in the cloakroom.
