    • Guests with broken bones or wearing plaster casts are not permitted on the rides.

    Accessibility

    • Carers with a valid Companion Card or We Care Card receive free entry when accompanying a guest with a full-priced ticket purchased online. Upon arrival, the carer can present their card at the Ticket Box to receive their complimentary ticket.

    • Your guide dogs are welcome.

    • The park is wheelchair accessible, and most rides are accessible except the Scenic Railway. Various health and safety requirements do apply to wheelchair guests, so it’s always best to check with staff before your visit.

    • The rides are not recommended for pregnant people, people with back or neck problems, or people with serious medical conditions.
