They are joined by former ENO Harewood Artist Soraya Mafi, who plays Pamina, and ENO debutante Rainelle Krause, who sings in a blazing coloratura and plays the devious Queen of Night. The Story

The story of The Magic Flute revolves around Prince Tamino and the bird-catcher Papageno, as they embark on a mission to rescue Pamina. Their quest becomes one for knowledge, love, and understanding. Nothing on this unexpected, imaginative voyage is entirely what it seems. Tamino and Papageno are handed magically enhanced musical instruments to aid them on their journey, which prove to be quite helpful in their quest. The travellers must overcome several obstacles to gain more insight into the meaning of true love and contentment.
